IMPORTANT! All scouts owe $39 in dues for the first three quarters.  They are past due as of Feb 1, 2010.  
Note that each quarters dues ($13) should be paid at the  beginning of the quarter (Aug 1, Nov 1, Feb 1, and May 1).
If you have not paid your dues for the first three quarters, turn them in ASAP to the scribe or see Jim Curtis if other arrangements need to be made.
